All services must be requested by the property owner or authorized occupant.

Estimates provided are based on the information given and may change after on-site inspection.

 

Authorization

Customers must have legal authorization to request services at the property.

McDowall & Merritt Locksmithing is not responsible for legal consequences resulting from unauthorized access or requests.

 

Payment & Pricing

Pricing and estimates are provided before work begins

Final charges may vary if additional work is required.

Payment is due as agreed in the estimate or invoice.

 

Limitation of Liability

McDowall & Merritt Locksmithing is not responsible for :

Damage caused by existing hardware or improper installations

Injuries or damages arising from unauthorized access

Delays caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen circumstances

Use of our website or services is at your own risk.

 

Warranty

We provide a warranty on workmanship as specified in your service agreement

We do not gurantee performance of third-party products or materials supplied by the customer.

 

Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
